* To accept the new Form from 1 January 2011 but will only accord treatment based on old OCP e.g. no movement certificate or third party invoicing, until they ratify the Second Protocol. The recognition will be based on reciprocity i.e. other Parties will recognize the old CO Form E issued by these countries.
Please be informed that the transition period for the implementation of the revised Operational Certification Procedures will be over soon. Therefore, MITI will endorse old Form E until 24 February 2011.
